Returns & Exchanges
To start a return please visit overtime.loopreturns.com
To start the return process, you will need your six-digit order number located on your confirmation email, as well as the email connected to the order or the shipping address zip code.
Once you’ve input your reason for the return, you will be prompted to exchange for a new size within your current product or select “Return for Store Credit or to Change Size/Color/Product.”
(Please note: Kids and Adult items are considered separate products when exchanging.)
You will receive a email containing your return label once you've submitted your return.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be new, unworn, and include original tags.
Returns are refunded as store credit for the amount paid for the item, which will be sent to you via email. There are no fees associated with returns.
